libcjs-dev software package provides Mozilla-based javascript bindings for the Cinnamon platform, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcjs-dev
libcjs-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcjs-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcjs-dev *
You will get with libcjs-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
